Problem Note 59304: The SURVEYMEANS procedure might generate incorrect domain variance estimates with METHOD=BRR

If you specify the METHOD=BRR option in the PROC SURVEYMEANS statement and also specify a DOMAIN statement, the domain variance estimates might be incorrect.

There is no circumvention for this problem.
